at this juncture and as stated by enough families all over asia, the issue of japan militarism re-birth is no about payment for past wrongs

for example, if german politicians and public broadcast chiefs, and textbook writers and schools denied the holocaust, imo no amount of payments originating from germany would clean the ledger

whereas if the germans were to sincerely reflect and honestly apologize, no payments would be necessary
