Elizabeth,

Thanks so much for responding, it's my inclination to hold at this point and perhaps sell a couple of other dogs I'm currently stuck with. It's absolutely amazing how much carnage has occurred out there in the Naz world since the summer.

FYI, I originally learned about JMAR from a friend of mine who lives in the San Diego area. From what I understand, he had actually interviewed with Mr. Martinez to serve as an Investor Relations contac for JMARt, but I guess they couldn't put something together. I wish they could have, because in a similar role with another San Diego high tech company my friend did a tremendous job in hawking the stock--it went from $9 a share when he came on board to $38 in less than 9 months! Obviously, the company had a good story to tell, but it goes to show you how vital good PR is to the success of a company's stock. Perhaps it's not too late for him to join JMAR!

Thanks again for the reply.

JMaz

<<<<We're anticipating news of a possible CATS sale, XRL money from DARPA, micromachining orders, Light Knife approval---what else?>>>>>>>

I would not sell either. I sold some at 3 7/8 to get down to that comfort level but at this price I think it's best to hold. I'm not as optimistic on the affect of one of those announcements. I don't think we'll get more than 1/2 point, and that probably won't hold for more than a few days. Great earnings would give a big bounce.

Also, I hate to whip a dead horse but I would like to see JMAR make as much XRL noise as is possible. That's really what JMAR is known for to the outside world. I think regular XRL press releases could give that sustained boost. Announcements on micromachining, DARPA and Light Knife are welcome news to us, but don't mean diddle to most new prospective JMAR stock buyers.

Since this probably won't happen, it brings us back to earnings.
