You are correct. I found an error in the story on re-reading. It says that carbon dioxide is a supposed greenhouse gas. This has been disproven. The rest of the story appears to be accurate. Michael Mann's wasteful lawsuit will drive the nail into the coffin that has been the final resting place for his failed reputation. When a person is corrupt to the core like Mann the courts are the perfect place to try to resurrect his image.
