I doubt any health care workers would agree to to live in "pre- Columbus conditions" as you envision, nor would they condone their clients to do the same. Also, it is more economical to fly patients out for medical services than to build and staff a medical clinic in such a remote location. Building a road to the nearby airport would only facilitate that. But then again, that is probably a stretch for your LSD addled politics and reasoning.
