Understand and will do some re-reading myself.
<g>I commit other sins with fibs, too. Perhaps the largest being using them as a 'guesstimate' tool for a 5 wave move...theory being - incorrect or otherwise (more otherwise than not <g>)...
1 = x
3 = 1.618
5 = x
3.618x - allow 2 38% pull backs (.76 average for both - rule of alteration allows foe steep/flat alternates)
You end up with 2.86 x wave 1 guesstimate. (No idea how many rules were broken and EW sins are committed in that logic). As stated, just a rough guesstimate tool...incorrect or otherwise.

Which applied to your 677 wave 1 would target 2600...which seemed insane when I first applied it...but is getting to seem less crazy as time passes.

Sorry if that is out of bounds or too far out...or merely incorrect and/or OT.

You are correct, again (of course!).
(That is why you are 'the boss'. <g>)

Section II. Chapter 4. Subsection - motive wave multiples
"These impulse wave relationships usually occur in percentage terms"

Same section that specifies the need for semi log scale to correctly see the relationships...

Some reading needed on my part...
