If that's how it happens, it will happen only in the wealthy, whiter school districts, and further economically divide our country. Technology is expensive, even at a discount, and becomes obsolete rapidly.

I believe that all a state's school money should be put in one pool, and distributed equally by number of students to all districts.

MAKE the wealthy districts subsidize the poor. Let then tax themselves so they are happy with their schools, and ALL the states schools would be well funded. We're all in this together - and I don't have any kids, but still pay for shcools.
