You certainly ARE. The poor family may not have the money to pay off even a low interest loan for a computer, where a wealthier family would just take it as a welcomed subsidy.

Can't you see that? Many poor people have NO disposable income, and live paycheck to paycheck, paying one overdue bill, then the next, to keep the roof up, the lights on and the heat flowing. Then, they may try to afford some food.

That is a huge RW myth and totally misrepresents the problem.
