agreed, eu / oecd is out, and all eyes on obama / kerry the two are issuing a lot of warnings to just about every one even as making moves to cut-off iraq to hand over to iran, exit afghanistan to please the taliban, to want to pivot to asia and urge on china, to warn philippines and japan for whatever purposes and to not lose the s.koreans, to expand boot-on-the-ground camp on african continent to balance-off china commerce, to p*ss off india before letting loose the taliban, and to tick off israel for whatever else, and and and next up, venezuela whatever the game plan is, it must be going well because the two are redoubling effort at whatever the game plan may be
