My buddy Bob commented as follows:

“The American doctor is wrong. Millions of people here

have stopped looking for work, and have gone on the

dole. After all - why work, if govt will send you a check

every week, giving you plenty of free time to find other

tax-free means to more income, like run a few drugs,

burgle a house or two, or pimp out your neighbor's

daughter? This is america today. work is a thing of

the past. Obama's "hope and change" have brought us

into the modern era.

Seriously, i think we are on the doorstep of the "robot

era", where robots take over more and more jobs.

People without superior education and/or superior

creativity are going to lose all those lower-level but

secure jobs (with retirement benefits). And in a few

years, as robots get more and more refined, it will be

the semi-skilled people who get fired. and management

jobs will quickly follow; the robots will do most of that

too. Humans will almost become obsolete. Which may

bring about the biggest societal challenges we have ever faced.

The United States doctor laughs: "You all are behind us. Five years ago,
we took a man with no brains, no heart and no balls and made him President.
Now, the whole country is looking for work!"

That was 14 years ago, not 5, and the idiot paints water colors now.
