Huh? Explain how this works. She doesn't pay taxes and yet she will receive a tax credit? How will she lose $2000? What will a credit do for her?

Also, if she is not paying taxes why is your credit $2000 instead of say, $357?

Do you understand how this works?

She loses $2,000 which the government would otherwise have paid to her.
