Not sure it makes sense to park (meaning a short term hold) money in an MLP. Would suggest a more fluid non MLP for such an exercise ... something like PSEC which pays monthly, has an average daily volume of 4,065,860 versus QRE's 295,434 and lastly also has a nice yield of 12% at today's $11.03 pps.

Just some thoughts which might be considered.

Luck

Hi Paul. Going to defer to others - here - AFA specific stocks are concerned.

Since we moved to WV, in late 2008, have concentrated on shifting capital from exchange traded stocks and options to local investments. To date, focus has been oil & gas mineral properties. So, still important to keep an eye on trends and emerging changes in the sector AWA the macro economic situation because oil and gas is so cyclical.

Apart from that, looking to add a 2nd timbered surface tract this Spring.
