Talk about fun......why would INTC want to pay top price for CHPS now when techs are tanking. If not for the INTC offer CHPS may not be over 10.

Can INTC walk away? I think they can, but would have to pay a penalty to CHPS. Not sure how much , but it is probably in the tender documents if anyone cares to trudge through it.

I have very little knowledge on how the CHPS deal is coming through, but I have read some interesting things lately from respected posters on the Intel thread. I feel a little better, at least.
