I think that's a great thing, and if I were a physician I would love it.... All of the docs in my group work regular hours ie 6 PM quitting time, weekends off, and scheduled vacations.... They do no paper work, and only fill in the blanks on their lap tops....They have access to in house major lab equipment and and to facilities only found in a hospital... I believe they have a guaranteed salary with incentives.. For a physician what's not to like?? Why don't you like it??
