It is sort of my background dude. I was trained in the social sciences. That is my education and my professional experience. And my life experience. I am sure I know as much as any of those gang cops.

I reviewed hundreds of grants (plans) to address the problem and psychological problems were part of the deal. I set up the first alcohol program in Barrow Alaska.

And I don't see gangs. I see individuals and social structures. And I have my opinions on what it takes to solve the gang problems and it is education.

Better to have no father than one that drinks and is mean.
