FWIW I have taken a long position today at 27 1/2 and plan on averaging down if it goes down @ $2 intervals. I often play techs from the short side, but long term this is a bargain. Techs always overreact one way or another.

I noticed another thing. Everytime a company comes out, it effects the whole sector, and I guess AMAT is going down in sympathy. Imagine if MSFT, ORCL, IBM, OXHP, KLIC, COMS and the others would have all given us their sob stories on the same day (Monday), do you think by now we would have gotten over it and continued our climb? It just seems like everyday it's something else, another excuse for the markets to go down. Just thinking out loud..
