Suma Try this.

click the start button.

You will see a search box when you do this.

Paste the following into the search box.

%windir%\system32\dfrgui.exe

Hit return. (enter)

This should bring up your defragmenter.

This works with Win7, but probably other versions also.

In Windows 7, all you have to do is go to the Start button and type Defragmenter, it will show you the link. You don`t need to type the whole word in, Windows will know what you are looking for.

It will display Disk Defragmenter, then click on that. In Windows 7 I never had to defrag the computer, it does it automatically. So I would not worry about defrag.
