Mike, It seems that there is an F between the H and the V, but thanks for trying. I ended up turning the laptop screen at different angles and some of the characters seemed to resolve into view, so I entered something (I can't remember now exactly what it was) but the tool gave me more to try and finally stopped my attempts and kicked me out. I'll take another whack at it later. Can you believe anyone would make something like that so hard to read?? So, one more reason to avoid Norton!!
