Yes, he does, but do you have an example of where he's played favorites with Muslims? Mostly, I think he follows Libertarian lines, which are pretty much small government focused and restraint on foreign meddling. I think he rightfully points out that our actions have blowback. There's no free lunch when we meddle in other people's affairs.
