Offie , I thought that you were smarter than that, I have gone out of my way to answer your question but it is never enough--- no matter how far i go you guys are never satisfied. i have tried to handle this situation in a manner that would not cause a stir, but some people keep babbling on about something that doesn't effect the company. Also you are intelligent enough to know that even a publically traded company can not disclose all the contents of a law suit, if it had any merit I would have let you folks know-- I will give you the good news and the bad, and let you decide what you should do, I am not here to force or manipulate anyone. Individuals are capable of making their own decisions. I don't want to offend you or anyone else, I just want us to get along and have mature discussions about all subjects like educated people do. There is no need to point fingers at anyone. I do sincerely hope you understand my point of view Thanks, Omar
