Thx, received the email alert. Short time ago bought small SUI-A position but the common has been outa my buy range for awhile. Last year or so have been attempting to stay off margin with occasional couple weeks duration of very minimal amounts ... max 1-2K, so aligning cash with SUI lows is a matter of unpredictable coincidence as I also attempt to be fully invested at all times. Business/management aside, one of SUI's best features is the high ROC even though its a REIT. I am still hauling around a load of cap losses from 2006-8 and really appreciate the ability to convert "good" ROC to cap gains for no tax due using those offsets. Luck LTBH
