Deborah Lake from THQ called me this morning to confirm that Brian did indeed exercise and sell 60,000 shares of THQ in November...she didn't tell me at what price or why he did so.....

There could be many reasons...but think about this, knowing how conservative Brian is, I sincerely doubt he is selling right now because he thinks THQ is headed down...can you imagine the lawsuits that would be filed....his salary is very reasonable and stock options are a big part of the incentive package...he had some 200,000 options at $3.04 and another 140,000 at $5....no doubt he took some profit...even I was selling a few thousand shares when THQ went over $20 the second time..not because I had lost faith in THQ or that I thought it was heading down...just because I had held on for a long time....I saw it as a great chance to lighten my margin load and pay off some debt....anyway I am never happy to see any of the THQ insiders selling, especially Brian..but hey, it happened and we need to move on.....consider he still is the second largest shareholder behind Steinberg..hopefully he isn't selling as well....
