That caught my eye, not here. On John Kaiser homepage "Hot Off The Press" (bottom). I haven't ask him, but I'm speculating the news releases are on his stock watch list. I found couple other ideas there too. www.kaiserbottomfish.com

Grenville Strategic Royalty Corp. has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by National Bank Financial Inc., pursuant to which the underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought-deal private-placement basis, 20 million special warrants of the company, at a price of 50 cents per special warrant for gross proceeds of $10-million.Each special warrant will entitle the holder thereof to receive one common share of the company.

The special warrants will be exercisable by the holders thereof at any time after the closing date for no additional consideration, and all unexercised special warrants will be deemed to be exercised on the earlier of: (a) the date that is four months and a day following the closing date, and (b) the third business day after a receipt is issued for a (final) prospectus by the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada, except Quebec, where the special warrants are sold qualifying the common shares to be issued upon the exercise or deemed exercise of the special warrants. The company has agreed to use its commercially reasonable best efforts to obtain such receipt for the final qualification prospectus on or prior to the date that is 60 days from the closing date.

Grenville intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for the future purchase of revenue royalties in the company's target markets and for general corporate purposes.

GRC... If you’re tired of resource stocks check out this royalty company

POSTED ON October 20, 2014 BY James Fraser
CATEGORY Grenville Strategic Royalty, Stories,

Grenville Strategic Royalty Corporation (GRC.V) is any interesting non resource stock that is worth taking a look at. Grenville seeks a highly diversified portfolio of small royalties based on a percentage of revenues in well-managed companies. The company is still fairly small and is trading at 67 cents per share with a ~$38 million dollar market cap.
