I'm trying to rewind my mind after 25 years of watching and 10 years of trading, I just can't recall ethics. This isn't a game of ethics, or Love, it is Zero SUM, Period!! It is a Hard Game, of Hard Ball, made from the soft and strong, the weak and not adjusted, Don't you sit here and quote me ethics! There are NO FU*King ethics, You want touchy feely, go to Washington. I'm sure Mex is questioning the "ethics in VVUS" along with bunch of others, such as IFMX, QNTM, WDC, ORCL etc......and the list goes on. Don't patronize me about ethics, THERE ARE NO ETHICS!!!!! And those that belive in Ethics are the ppl. I take money from. But either way, I still have 0 pos in TPRO. However I am at battle with the "Ethic's" of ORCL at 23 5/8 "SHORT", OXHP 22 "SHORT", Hard ethical Targets:) When the day comes that management can step up to the plate and hit, then you can discuss Ethic's with me.
