Hello Hunter: Not in a million years would I ever imagine that I would be compared to MJ. Thank you. I will cherish the moment. As to whether, I am wasting my talent, we'll find out within a few months. Thanks for the explanation of middler. I was not aware that the practice existed. As for the 90% increase in NAE's share price by June, hey anything can happen. BTW, NASDAQ will delist companies from the OTCBB if they can not supply financial statements. More than likely, we will be reporting for Q1/98. <<Have I missed something? I didn't realize NAMX was generating any kind of earnings! How do you know this?>> I know this because I called KNE. They confirmed that they did have a gas gathering contract with NAE. Would KNE have a gas gathering contract if there was no gas? NAMX has also released three press releases. Two of them describe the drilling results of the first three wells, including their pressure, depth and flow rates. I also received an e-mail from Paul Ebeling confirming that the gas was being metered by KNE as of Dec. 1. Since Paul has not deceived me over the past six months, I have good reason to believe that what he says is true. My experience is quite the opposite of yours. All of my well projections are based on information available to any one who has taken the time to read the company's releases. They are quite conservative. My bet, oops, my guess is that NAE will report these earnings in their first quarter earnings report which will probably be released in April of '98. <Also, why do you think NAMX is in such better condition since Boonen & Jesse Taylor left? > I would not place Mr. Boonen's name in the same sentence as Jesse Taylor's. (But I just did.) They are worlds apart. If Boonen hadn't been booted, we would be using our shares for wallpaper. As for Mr. Boonen's business dealings with Paul, all I can say is some times it takes a while before you realize you've been conned. <They are still non-reporting, stock price has plummeted about 70%, and no one can seem to get a straight answer from anybody.> Hunter, you have more experience than I do at investing. Once a company has taken a hit whether it is from bad earnings, bad news, or, in this case, bad management, it can easily take a year for the stock to rebound. That is what I see here. As for getting straight answers, Paul does not beat around the bush. He does not hype. His tendency is to be conservative. I believe the valuation of the Nebraska field will prove this out. <. I KNOW you're leery of an individual that switches from Movies, to hairpieces, to mineral exploration. I KNOW you're smarter than that. This puzzling question has bothered me for quite some time. My final conclusion is that you're simply just a naive person.> I am very na‹ve. I know what I do well. I am not an investor. Fortunately, I have a day job. I also know it makes sense to find out what others do well. Paul has done well as a driller in the past. When I learned that he was working in an area where he has had success, I felt infinitely better about my chances and, since I believed in the technology, I proceeded to buy more stock. I made a leap of faith about five months ago that Paul could pull us out of this nose dive. I am confident that the monthly growth in earnings will do it for us. I have also spent hours on the web researching this company's technology. I have found that there is a very high likelihood that this technology is for real. To me, the combination of good management, great technology and a cheap stock makes for a great investment. I suppose you could call that simpleminded. Remember that Warrren Buffett has bought and held stocks whose value went to zip because he believed in the company. I believe in this company. IMO, NAMX will be the great comeback story of '98.
