Obama doesn't think he needs to know details. He just waives his magic wand...."poof".... He doesn't have time to even discuss such issues with his team. He is just that arrogant. He knows the Dems and the Press will carry the day for him. He spends most his time selecting pictures for publication, making certain it catches the moment, lying to college students and promising the poor free stuff.
