I believe it is no longer possible, in general, for an observer to know what is propaganda

and what isn't because minds have become considerably warped, influences too great and methods highly sophisticated. Only the source of the information and the subject/target of the information can know what is truth and what is lie.

For example, if you make a statement about me in public, the statement is either true or false, if it isn't a grey statement. Only you or I could know which. The public will be influenced by the most pleasing singer and their own perceptions/experiences.

Often we feel we know something, but that is a product of our past, our learning, our influences, our injuries, our conditioning and things we may not fully comprehend. There is a kind of "knowing" that is independent of all this, but it is not easy to acquire. But everybody accesses it internally, and possibly correctly, now and again.
