Yes, the West must act. Yup. Putin's moves are BS. Putin is turning out quite the thug. He fosters permanent instability and weakness in his neighbors so Russia can come in and bite off pieces, and/or install puppet regimes. I believe Putin's designs and acts were all quite premeditated. Obama's response so far has been grossly inadequate and weak. Definitely. Obama needs to step it up very quickly.
