I did not say this is a scam company! I like this stock and am long in it. I said they should be required to provide financial information to the owners of the company. I admit I am a little discouraged because the company is suspiciously evasive about providing ANY financial information though. Also, the proposed requirements I was discussing did not address "PRICE" they adressed providing financial information to the shareholders through the SEC.

Thanks

Malcolm:
What's asleep here?
What's your take on .20 this morning? Year-end tax losses? NASDAQ de-listing concerns? Asia? Where do you buy? Where do you press the panic button with these pennies? - in particular, this one! Oh, one more Q - wasn't FNTN supposed to send out a monthly update on or around 12/1? I think that's what Michael Sheppard promised. Is this accurate or did it come to me in one of my market dreams?
Regards,
Wally

Malcolm, FNTN announced today that they will be a fully reporting company by the 2nd quarter of 98. This puts to rest the concearns from my prior posts. The price of the stock didnt react too much but I think this is very positive. It proves they are a serious company and are positioning themselves to be a much bigger player in their market & will need to have access to capital, credibility, etc. What are your thoughts on this move?

Thanks
