Little Bammy has turned North Africa into a giant blood bath along with Syria. The latest death counts for Syria are about 200,000. That goes with the at least 100,000 dead in Northern Africa.

Our little, dimwit preezy has caused at least 300,000 deaths at the last count with his "Arab Spring". The death count is probably much higher. We are getting best case scenario numbers.
