QCOM has never announced the terms of their royalty agreements, other than they consist of multi-million dollar lump some payments, and royalties on ALL CDMA equipment sold, subscriber and infastructure.

From tracking the the royalties and License agreements over the years, I suspect that the lump sum payments are in the $3 Million dollar range, and while the royalties cary, they average 4% of gross CDMA equipment revenues. (Of course, this average will move up a few points when ERICY signs!).

At one point, Korea claimed that the royalties were as much as 6%.

Good luck to all!
