I would not wait much longer. Sometimes you can pick up good values around Christmas when trading is thin. In some ways I hope this stock falls even further so that I can add to my postion. I would love to load up at $4.50. Remember, cash per share is over $2.00. Does the company have any good technical people (not top mangagement). This people are hard to find nowadays. Do you think another could would purchase S3 for less than book value (43% of stock price is cash) for the engineering talent. Think about that for a while.
