I just had an idea, while true, there isn't a single priest class judge that would agree. For all contracts in the United States to be valid, there has to be an offer, an acceptance of that offer and consideration, where consideration means that something of value has to be traded. Since paper money has no intrinsic value, it's just either electrons in an account or a piece of cotton laced paper, the intrinsic value compared with what's being traded is miniscule. There is no consideration. All contracts where dollars are exchanged for something are invalid, since there is no consideration from the party in the transaction introducing dollars.
