The problem in LA isn't Jindal. It is the people there. It is what they want. And I'm not advocating elected politicians go against what their voters want.

I am advocating, however, that it should not be a federal issue at all, and that most states want more liberal drug policy and their legislatures should comply. It is the same problem that has left us with Obamacare -- elected officials doing precisely what the voters don't want. I see the drug policy and Obamacare as being the same basic problem.
