I'm still here, Mark. But, I got in last time it was under 10. No loss for me at this point. I agree it looks great at these prices. Heck 1/3 of the stock price is represented by cash & cash equivalents. You're getting the company for $7. What a deal. Unfortunately, the decline, along with declines in other investments of mine, has brought my margin account to less than 50% equity. If this were not the case I'd be picking up more shares of AWRD at these prices. Good luck, Gary

This looks like a Mark Brophy stock to me.... The fastest growing BIOS company (65% rev. growth last quarter) and you can buy the WHOLE company for under $35 million at today's prices net after taking out cash. The company is generating about $3-4 million a year in earnings and is right around the corner from PTEC. Maybe analyst estimates of .92 next year are a little high (AWRD is trading at 9x next year's estimate), but at that low multiple they'd look good with half the earnings next year. Just imagine what fun you could have running the company and making management at PTEC really mad. <g>
