I agree. Selling seems to be result of general market conditions - unless there is some major news story that is not being shared w/ us little guys (doubt it).

SNDK earnings will be great in Jan. - but what about everyone else? QNTM, COMS, ORCL all have pre-announced and are KILLING the market as a whole. Pricing pressure have hurt QNTM and COMS - I've always been a little suspicious about ORCL.

Now MSFT has said that they are feeling affects of Japanese woes - but I believe they will still deliver (IMO). Just heard a breaking news story that MSFT lost their court trial and will not be able to bundle IE w/ Win 95 on new computer sales. Unclear how this will affect Win 98.

Mike and all,

No insult intended with my "cynical" statement! I guess we're all losing it one way or another when forces out of our control come to play havoc on our stock value. I guess we have to take it as it comes.
Wish this Asian thing would be over with soon! FWIW, Nikkei is up 55 points at 7:57EST.

Hang in there!

Mauro.

Mike, I think your 18 months projection is realistic. I will wait this one out on Sandisk.

Mike,
That was one of the best technical analysis I have seen on this thread yet! When it gets to $80 I will throw in with you to sponser the beer party! It's interesting that when the stock went from 9 to 40, at 40 people were saying that they wished it would go back down so they could buy more. (I sure did!) So it did, and I did. What more can we ask. Now relax, play golf, if it goes down, buy more and be happy, if it goes up, be happy. The worse that can happen is if it just levels off and doesn't go either way. Fat chance with this stock! Stocks go up and down. As Ronald Regan said, "That's why they call it a MARKET!"

Steve.
