This doesn't have to happen. Goddammit, it shouldn't happen. Today, at 9:53AM, the stock was bid 38 3/4 and 40 was asked. What do you think the next sale was made at? It was made at the wonderful fucking price of 37 3/4. That's not making a market. That's manipulating a market. If I draft a letter to NASDAQ and the SEC demanding that the present market makers in RSYS be changed because they're manipulating the stock, who'll sign besides me? If I get 10 other signers, I'll trot out my legalese and draft a lawyer's letter that I guarantee you will get attention. But I won't do it alone 'cause that won't do it.
