It seems as though VVUS mgmt does not feel their stock has hit bottom or they would have bought up more than just 400,000 of the 2,000,000 shares. It could go lower??

Wow..unbelievable.. 2 hours of conference and that's all the comments we have so far? From an engineering perspective I sensed some typical temporary start-up delays complicated by some inexperience with the advanced automation. Couple that with an employee staff who has been bustin' their butts for the last 12 months and simply needs a break! The bottom line here is that management missed the start-up target date on the new equipment. New technology takes a lot of long hours to bring into production. THIS IS A NEW PROCESS. My compliments to the VVUS dedicated technical staff.....take a break... you guys deserve it. Looking forward to 1998.
