Just one question.

If they do that, isn't it actually taxing millionaires to pay for Obamacare, since the federal government took over the student loan program in an effort to raise money (in the form of student interest payments) to pay for Obamacare?

She could at least be honest about it. "Let's raise taxes on millionaires" to pay for Obamacare. There.
