The market cap (~$150 million) is small enough to tempt a potential suitor. The problem is that the company hasn't figured out how to make any money.

The expectations for the quarter are rather low:

Analysts surveyed by Thomson Reuters anticipate a net loss of 2 cents a share and $13 million in revenue in the three months to December.

They hit their projected revenue number and broke even (versus a projected loss of $.02 per share).
