The best narrative I can find at the moment is the low turnout narrative. Which raises the question as to what the Sink campaign did to address that possibility and why it didn't succeed.

As for the role of the ACA, there is little doubt the Dems have to work hard to address that narrative.

Yes, agreed. Liberals have to come to the idea of measurable results.
