CNS News ^ | 03-07-2014 | Barbara Hollingsworth

A local official in Virginia has subpoenaed the Montgomery, Alabama-based Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and the SPLC Task Force on Hate in the Public Sphere for the criteria it uses to designate other organizations as “hate groups.”

The subpoenas were filed February 28th in Loudoun County Circuit Court. They request "all written criteria, guidelines, bylaws or rules used by Southern Poverty Law Center to designate organizations or groups as 'hate groups' from the inception of the Southern Poverty Law Center to the present date."

Police: Man shoots, kills 2 teens during beating Milwaukee
.........................................................................................................................
Channel3000 ^ | 3/12/2014 |

Milwaukee police say a maintenance man shot and killed two teenagers as he was being beaten with a baseball bat.

It happened Wednesday afternoon in an apartment building on Milwaukee's west side.

Authorities say a 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl died at the scene.

Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn says the two teens, along with a 21-year-old man, got into an argument with the 39-year-old maintenance man in a stairwell in a common area of the building.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports one of the three beat the maintenance man while he was being held. The maintenance man then pulled a gun and shot the two teens.

Flynn says the maintenance man was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The 21-year-old man was arrested.

Obama turns up, on paper only, at Columbia University the fall of 82'. But no-one, I mean NO-ONE has ever noted him ever having attended there – Consider: 1) “Columbia University will not divulge whether the “alleged” diploma issued was in the name of Barry Soetoro or Barack Hussein Obama. No public record exists regarding the diploma.”

2) “Obama alleges he attended Columbia in 1982, 1983. But, the investigators have been UNABLE to turn up a single shred of written documentation for the years 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984 that show where Obama appeared on a school roster, register, faculty memo, bulletin board, school awards, dean’s list; where Obama’s name appeared in a yearbook, club record, fraternity record, extra curricular activity member roster, student newspaper, student radio or TV activity; where Obama appeared in any records as a worker, employee, laborer in or about Columbia University; where Obama enrolled in any sports activity or program.”

3) “As a graduating senior in 1983 he does not appear in any Political Science (his major) or Graduating Class yearbook or invitation records.”

4) “There is absolutely no documentation of any kind to show Obama attended, lived, worked or played at Columbia University during the investigated 4 years.”

5) “Interviewed professors, college employees, students (who were at Columbia during the years in question) have failed to turn up a single person that can remember Obama. This is irrefutable evidence. Think about your own situation if Obama had attended your college? A “now-famous” person went to your school? Many would be able to say, “Of course I remember.” At Columbia, not a single person has been able to say he or she remembers Obama.” (link)

Famous Jew Hater Brzezinski Defends Hagel As Candidate For Defense Secretary – Anyone Opposed to Hagel is Loyal To The Jews

December 20, 2012

There is absolutely no doubt a negative opinion toward Israel is an ideological qualification for any Cabinet Level position within the Obama Administration. Having Zbignew Brzezinski out front is just further affirmation of this. Brzezinski has been a part of Obama’s ideological life since the early days at Occidental College, through his Columbia University *cough* mystery thesis, and into the administration as a Senior Foreign Policy Advisor. (In the picture below Zbignew Brzezinski is the guy with the gun, the bearded guy wearing the beret peering over his shoulder is Osama Bin Laden)

(WFB) As questions swirl around the prospective nomination of Chuck Hagel as President Barack Obama’s next defense secretary, the White House has begun mounting an effort to defend the former Nebraska Senator.

As part of that campaign, Zbigniew Brzezinski appeared on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” early Thursday to push back against charges that Hagel is a poor choice for the job.

Brzezinski told the MSNBC anchor team, which includes his daughter Mika, that Hagel’s “critics, they would like to plunge the U.S. into some new wars, promptly, and not always for U.S. national interest.”

Brzezinski was presumably referring to Hagel’s Jewish critics and their allegiance to some unnamed foreign power. (article link)

US State Dept Denying Israelis Entry Visas at Record Level
.........................................................................................................
3.13.2014 by Jeff Dunetz
truthrevolt.org

Nearly one out of every ten Israelis who apply for tourist visas to the United States are denied entry by the U.S. State Department. According to figures posted in Israeli newspaper Yediot Aharonot, in 2013 year of the 125,000 Israelis requested tourist visas to the US, 9.7% were refused.

In 2012 that figure was at 5.4%, and as recently as 2007, a mere 2.5% of the requests were denied.

Most of the denials are young Israelis, as it is common for Israelis to travel after completing their compulsory military service:

The report in Haaretz quotes an unnamed Israeli official saying that the rise in visa rejections probably stems from U.S. reluctance to allow Israel entry into the Visa Waiver Program. That policy allows travelers from 37 countries to enter the U.S. for business or leisure as visitors for up to 90 days without a visa. The U.S. has a ‘white list’ of countries whose citizens can come to the U.S. without a visa, but only countries with a visa rejection rate of less than 3% are put on this list. The recent growth in U.S. visa request rejections for Israelis forced Israel off that list.

The official said, “We have for years been waiting to drop below the 3 percent mark in order to obtain visa exemptions, but they keep raising the bar … In our view, this is being done artificially, with requests being denied for no good reason. In all other respects, we qualify for the program.”

The denial numbers have grown so dramatically that Charles Schumer (D-NY) sent a letter to Secretary of State John Kerry last week demanding an end to the “State Department policy of categorically denying young Israelis tourist visas that makes it nearly impossible for any young Israeli to visit the U.S.” Schumer wrote:

CAIR tries to shut down briefing on American jihadi networks
........................................................................................
allenbwest.com | march 12, 2014 | allen west

Some might say these are all isolated incidents. But connect these dots: this week we reported on the activists tied to the Muslim Brotherhood hosting a Democrat fundraiser. The Muslim Brotherhood’s own Explanatory Memorandum says “their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and “sabotaging” its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers.”

Our own president said, “I consider it part of my responsibility as President of the United States to fight against negative stereotypes of Islam wherever they appear.”

So is it any surprise that the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) tried pressure tactics, threats and even a $15,000 cash bribe to shut down a recent counter-terrorism training program for Virginia law enforcement.

As reported by World Net Daily, Culpepper County Sheriff Scott Jenkins did not stand down, and the training took place as scheduled – albeit with extra security.

Talk about audacity. CAIR was an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial, the largest terrorism funding case in America’s history. Where was the Virginia Attorney General? Where was U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder? (Oh, never mind).

Washington-based CAIR, an Islamic lobbying group shunned by the FBI due to its ties to terrorist groups, launched a weeks-long campaign to intimidate Culpepper County Sheriff Scott Jenkins into canceling the three-day program, titled “Understanding and Investigating Jihadi Networks in America.

The lead trainer, former special FBI agent John Guandolo, presented evidence of the radical Muslim Brotherhood’s operations in the U.S. and their jihadi support network, along with a large amount of evidence demonstrating CAIR was created and continues to be an entity of Hamas, a U.S.-designated terror group.

Guandolo detailed for officers how this dangerous Islamic network in America radicalizes, trains and logistically supports jihadi operations in the United States and those launched from the U.S. against overseas targets.

World Net Daily also noted “CAIR has cultivated a number of political supporters, mainly among leading Democrats in Washington, including senior White House officials. Secret Service entry logs show CAIR officials have visited the White House several times during the Obama administration.”

Ladies and gents, first of all, please call Culpepper County Sheriff Scott Jenkins and applaud him for his stand. And if any of you reside in Virginia, please bombard the office of your State Attorney General and ask him “Whiskey-Tango-Foxtrot”? As well, make the calls to the office of House Homeland Security Chairman Mike McCaul to hold an investigative hearing.

My fellow Americans, this is deadly serious. Further, since we appear to have an administration that embraces, supports and enables our enemy how can those actions not be described as “high crimes and misdemeanors?” And as for you progressive socialists, how exactly will you defend this?

Bar boycotts Sam Adams after pullout
........................................................................................
Boston Herald ^ | 3/15/14 | Antonio Planas

The fight over Southie’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade got frosty yesterday, with Boston Beer Co. pulling its longtime sponsorship from the parade over the organizers’ refusal to let gay veterans march — and one Southie bar fighting back with a vow to boycott the brew.

“Sam Adams doesn’t support South Boston. They don’t want to support veterans like my father and uncle, so they can go sell their beer elsewhere,” said Tommy Flaherty Jr., a lifelong Southie resident whose father and uncle own the landmark Cornerstone Pub & Restaurant on West Broadway.

Flaherty Jr. said he and his father, Thomas Flaherty Sr., 70, and his uncle John Flaherty, 81, were “taken aback” when they learned yesterday afternoon from reading bostonherald.com that the brewing behemoth pulled its sponsorship, so they decided not to sell Sam Adams indefinitely.

“(Boston Beer Co. has) no problem taking the money from the people drinking at the bars along the parade route,” Flaherty Jr. said, adding he has no qualms with gay people. “We serve to everybody. I don’t have a problem with gay people, nor do my father and uncle.”

Boston Beer Co. could not be reached last night for comment on Cornerstone’s boycott. Representatives of the beer company — until yesterday listed as a “proud sponsor” on the parade’s website — have marched in past years, but announced yesterday morning they will not participate this year because the organizer, Allied Veterans War Council, is refusing to change its longtime policy of banning anyone from marching under a gay-rights banner.

“We have been participating in the South Boston St. Patrick’s Day Parade for nearly a decade,” Boston Beer Co. said in a statement. “We were hopeful that both sides of this issue would be able to come to an agreement that would allow everyone, regardless of orientation, to participate in the parade. But given the current status of the negotiations, we realize this may not be possible.”

The flap came after other supporters, including Westin Hotels and Gillette, distanced themselves from the parade. Yesterday, the parade’s website — which had featured dozens of business backers — erased its sponsorship page and replaced it with a message saying, “We’re updating our sponsors, thank you for your patience.”

Mayor Martin J. Walsh said last night he was “still hopeful” a deal can be made.

“We’ve gotten pretty close to an agreement here, and I think a lot of people thought this was the year we were going to have an agreement,” Walsh said. “I’m not giving up on that hope, we still have some time left. ... I have a glimmer of hope that we’re going to be able to work something out.”

As for Boston Beer Co. pulling its sponsorship, the mayor said, “They made a policy decision there, and I commend them for it.”

Sam Adams will from this day forward be known as...

Well, I do. That’s why there are fag bars. They cater to fags and vice versa with normal, straight, hetero dive bars. Now Flaherty, I dare you to place a big sign on your bar as “gar friendly”, and watch your customer base change and let’ see you try to cope with the homo demographics.

My reading of the article is that the beer company which distributes Sam Adams pulled its sponsorship because the parade won’t let gay groups march. Then the bar promptly said it would boycott Sam Adams. Meaning the bar appears to support the parade organizers, and not the gay groups.

I'm getting real tired of all this ,, I'm sure gay veterans have been in the parade as long as it's been around ,,, just as straight veterans have been in it... I'm sure the promoters and sponsors just want this to be a respectful event ,, no veterans in purple speedo's and chaps with their boyfriends alongside all oiled up like a bodybuilder show... there is no reason to split the event up into various warring factions...

The sponsorships pay for a lot of permits and licensing etc. I say screw the permits and have the parade anyway.

The parade is about the Irish and St Patrick... not a sounding board for political messages (including the gay agenda).

The parade wouldn’t allow a pro-life group to march either... so why should they allow a gay group to march?

Maybe they’re supporting the court decision that says private groups can’t be forced to let people in who are opposed to them. They do add they have no problem with gays and will serve anyone. So yes in a way they’re supporting the parade
organizers—and their right to refuse to allow some people in.

Suppose:
“The Westboro Baptist Church is demanding to be allowed to march in Boston’s gay pride parade. The organizers of the parade are citing a 1997 Supreme Court decision which said private groups shouldn’t be forced to accept marchers who disagree with their views and don’t play by their rules.
The organizers said, ‘We would be happy to have them march provided they don’t hold banners saying who they are or hold offensive signs.’ Westboro Baptist said sorry, they would only march if they were allowed to carry banners; they do not agree with the organizers’ stipulation about not holding banners...A bar in Boston agreed with the organizers about their private rights and refused to sell (XXX) beer, who pulled their sponsorship from the parade...”

First off gays don’t drink beer on the scale that straights do, second gays are only a small percentage of the population, third, all Sam Adams is doing is ensuring their sales take a huge nose dive, 4th WHAT THE F DOES THE ST. PADDYS DAYS PARADE HAVE TO DO WITH SEXUALITY??

over the organizers’ refusal to let gay veterans march ...I’m cornfused. Sam says they will not sponsor if queer veterans can’t march, correct? Organizers say it is for queer things, right? Aren’t the organizers bigoted? Or is this just journalistic malpractice or am I too drunk to understand this issue?

My reading of the article is that the beer company which distributes Sam Adams pulled its sponsorship because the parade won’t let gay groups march. Then the bar promptly said it would boycott Sam Adams. Meaning the bar appears to support the parade organizers, and not the gay groups. Thanks for the clarification.

the answer to your question is that somehow, homosexuals have become fabulous and special./ so they feel the need to inject homosexuality into other events. They are special in a way which other interest groups are not.

St. Patrick’s Day has nothing to do with homosexuality, but, they insist on injecting gay issues into it. And because we live in a politically correct world now, there is a tendency to give in to the demands of grievance groups such as homosexuals.

Ok just so I understand. What is required to walk in this parade? Can anyone walk in it or does one need proof they are Irish? Obviously they don’t want to celebrate the event or they would just put on something green and fricking walk like a normal person in a parade. They want another public forum to shove their sexuality down people’s throat.

It’s a St Patrick’s parade. Nothing to to homos, alternative lifestyles, etc. I side with the parade group in their decision to keep the focus on the intent and traditions of the event. Liberals always “demanding” this or that doesn’t mean their wants are justified. In fact, they usually are not justified, they are mainly a bunch of attention whores. W/ apologies to whores.
