Yep, and according to this mornings news, they need more than the $60 Big ones(make that HUGE ones). So much for the vaunted Asia miracle, easy enough to accomplish when it's done thru shady dealings in "smoke filled banking/governmental rooms." I'm not trying to take anything away from the Asian community, I grew up over there as a U.S. military brat and know first hand the achievements the respective peoples have made. It's just that as much as I like to complain about the laxity of the SEC, etc., they win hands down over any regulatory agency(something of a contradiction in terms when attempting to describe their regulatory bodies, me thinks) that exists over there. But that kind of behavior is typically learned the hard way, taking a lot of innocent people with it. So it goes in the capitalistic jungle, eh? Regards! John~
