Here is QCOM's response to my question. Could have been a lot clearer, so help me decipher it. To me, it looks like they are protected for the most part...

Brian - Our product sales into Korea are denominated in USD. Our royalties from Korean manufacturers are based on won but paid in USD. We have a mixture of exposures. The won is considered an exotic currency that is difficult and expensive to hedge. If you would like to know more, please send me your phone number.
