No, I was never close enough to have any effect. The funny thing was, the tree seedling bags said the trees had been treated with Thiram to repel deer. I didn't order that and they really didn't have it on them, but the pot-smoking planters practically had a sit-down strike until I convinced them the trees hadn't been treated. Their problem with Thiram is that it's chemically similar to Antabuse, and they get sick when they're exposed to either. I assumed they had all been using and boozing.
