I mostly have statistics courses though in that field and feel those courses taught me the most. Probability (reliability) are very important to understand.

I have read humans are hard wired for pattern recognition but not probability?

I did my masters thesis on system theory at the university of Washington.

The difference between an inorganic and organic system is entropy.
