Last year, murder was at its lowest rate since 1972 in Chicago. Probably cause this Odumbo economy is so bad...no one has money for bullets....or they have all been bought by DHS

but he seems to have gotten it under control How did he do that exactly? The only real change has been legal concealed carry and several cases to allow private ownership. Or did he crack down on gangs?
