The thesis of the problem we face is the hegemony of the plutocrats.

That is what is taking us down, but as it is a sort of abstract concept few people can see it.

The only way to combat that is through our democracy reestablishing a strong middle class.

And that will take radical tax reform and reestablishment of unions and a livable minimum wage.

And that can only take place if we get public financing of campaigns.
