Are you guys bottom-fishing, or are you waiting for calmer seas?

Did you watch Lawrence Lindsay on Moneyline today. This guy is quite
straight. He criticized the IMF action and mentioned that BOJ is
pumping in money at 1 percent a day. The Japanese debts are in Yen, so according to him, they can pay them with inflated Yen. Does this make sense.
