No way someone could believe they can put a 200K order for a quick trade and expect to get it at the current bid or ask on this volume. Whoever it was was doing a Hail Mary pass. Who knows what their motives were. Here is a scenerio though: MM's playing games, taking advantage of market sentiment. Big boy investor eyeing TPRO for the right time to take big stake, sees what is going on. Puts in institutional order, scares MM's into thinking they would get caught short, and MM's cover buy driving price back to 6. Evidently MM's were selling short into today's buying. Big investor tests the waters, realizes no real selling going on: price artificially low. There is stil a 200K order to be filled with few real sellers out there.
