Works for me.

Here's the KEY What do you think ol ORIG will be worth come 2019. SHH a lot higher than it is today.

Ocean Rig intends to use the net proceeds from the offering of the Notes, together with other available funds, to fund the repurchase or redemption of its 9.5% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2016, for which it is conducting a concurrent tender offer, and to pay related fees and expenses.

Entitle: What are you doing on this board? Are you trying to confuse me? I just had to search to find out where the heck I sent the previous response. I will usually discuss DRYS on TOCO board or privately. Don't make a T B I chase you.

In any case.. What the CEO is doing or probably already arranged is to swap out debt and extend time line and the terms are yet to be known. I woudn't be surprised to see the terms be for less. Regardless he is buying TIME.

But it's a good thing.

Although bears may try to do scare tactics.

I didn't see any dates but once again DRYS is doing a presentation on March 20 and although this falls under ORIG.. ORIG is the off spring of DRYS.. So there are no secrets when you understand the dots. Meaning ORIG is DRYS CHILD..They just IPO'd it in late 2010 to separate it from the parent and then use it to help fund the parent as the parent has sold off about 20 % from the original IPO
